no complaints whatsoever, we would stay here again if in queenstown. we liked facilities and people in this hotel, it was suitable for us. our room had a handy kitchenette with a microwave oven, coffee & tea making machines and an oven. near to the downtown, 5 minutes on foot.

Regarding price, think it's attractive and competitive value for money for Queenstown. Liked that its rooms had a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, a writing desk and ironing facilities. Moreover, we could park our car on site.
